Looking for a exotic cheap vacation from N. CA... any suggestions?

Me and my hubby are planning to go somewhere in early september for a few days, I want a beach setting with a great nightlife (were 24 &25) that's not too expensive (meaning as cheap as possible but not that were staying at a rat infested place and eating crap) like and all inclusive place, something like Fiji but closer so the flight isn't so expensive. were in the bay area - close to San Francisco..... thanks everyone!
