Where should I go for the best honeymoon?

My fiance and I are planning a honeymoon for end of April/beginning of May, 2008, and have no idea where to go. We thought about the Caribbean but are now leaning more toward Fiji/Bora Bora/Tahiti. We would like to keep our budget under $7000 for flight and hotel for 7 nights. We would prefer all-inclusive although that is not a neccesity. He loves to scuba dive and I love the beach. Has anyone had an awesome honeymoon/romantic vacation in any of these areas? Any recommendations on where to stay?

3. The Philippines is great! Search for hotels at Boracay, we have the best beaches ever! Or go to Bohol Beach Club. I've been there, and it's total luxury..
4. Amanpolo in the philippines... i think is a $1000 per day... you pay $ not philippine peso... its a great place.. ive seen it on tv.. a private island

6. I have a better idea. Leave the groom to be at home and come spend a month with me.
7. Tahiti (Moorea, more specifically) BEAUTIFUL, you will be inspired.
