How long would a flight be from Michigan USA to the Fiji islands?

I'm assuming we'd fly to California and then go from there.

1. Hi. Air Pacific fly from LA to Nadi(Main Fiji Airport). The total flying time is 10hr 40min from LAX. From Michigan to LAX is about 5 hours, so all up 15hours, but you need to add connection times in LAX and a possible terminal change. :)
2. aside for California you could also easily stop in Hawaii instead IE PHX-HNL then from Hawaii to Fiji I am going to just go with Detroit as the major city you are departing from to give you a little more examples. . . you could take American to Dallas then from dollar to la then Air Pacific Ltd. 811 to Fiji seems the most likely with a length of 10h 40m
