Where to elope to, from Perth, Western Australia?

Hi there My partner and I would like to elope and take 12 people with us. Does anyone have any cheap places in mind to elope to, from Perth Western Australia? I have looked at Fiji, Phuket, QLD. The hotels seem to be ok priced but the flights seem to be what will break the bank as my partner and I would like to pay for the entire trip for the 14 people (including bride and groom) rather than having a huge ceremony and reception in Perth. Thanks heaps :)

1. Polygamy is illegal. You can only marry one person, not 12. Have you looked at Broome?
2. I have been to Broome heaps of times in the last 4 years, and it is beautiful. Many people get married on Cable beach there. Pretty hot at the moment though...muggier than Perth
